Privacy Policy
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Interrate, LLC ("Interrate," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, app, and related services (the "Service").
Interrate monitors your existing insurance policies, tells you when a renewal is coming, and compares your current coverage against other options. We are not an insurance company. We are not a licensed insurance agent or broker. Quotes and policies are provided through an insurance marketplace operated by our partner Bindable, a licensed insurance agency, and shown in our app under the Interrate name.
This policy does not cover how Bindable or insurance companies handle your information after you choose to request a quote or buy a policy. Their own privacy notices apply.

Information about other people. If you add other drivers or household members, you confirm you have their permission to share their information with us for these purposes.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers or payment card numbers. If they are needed to buy a policy, you give them directly to Bindable or the insurer.
3. How we use information
- Run the Service: store your policies, track renewal dates, and alert you before you renew.
- Compare coverage: line up your current limits, deductibles, and premium against alternatives, so you see what changes besides price.
- Get you quotes: when you ask, send the details needed to quote you.
- Communicate with you: renewal alerts, comparison results, account notices, and support replies. Marketing messages only with your consent where the law requires it.
- Keep things secure: detect fraud and abuse, and protect accounts.
- Improve the Service: analyze usage in aggregate or de-identified form.
- Meet legal obligations: comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms.
Automated document reading. We use automated tools, including AI models, to read your uploaded documents and pull out details like premium, limits, deductibles, and VINs. We ask you to confirm key details before we use them in a comparison. These tools do not make decisions about your eligibility or price; insurers do.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
- Our quoting partner, only when you ask. When you choose to get quotes, we send Bindable the details needed to quote you, and Bindable shares them with the insurance companies it quotes. Information you enter in the quoting marketplace is collected by Bindable and also governed by Bindable's privacy policy. Bindable tells us whether you bought a policy so we can track your next renewal. Bindable may use your information only to quote and service your request, not for unrelated marketing, unless you agree with it directly.
- Service providers. Companies that host our systems, connect carrier accounts, read documents, send messages, and provide support. They act on our instructions under contracts limiting their use of your information.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or regulator request, or to protect rights and safety or prevent fraud.
- Business transfers. In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- With your consent. Any other sharing you specifically agree to.
How we're paid. Our Service is free. Bindable pays us a referral fee for connecting you with its marketplace. The fee does not affect which insurers or prices you see.
5. Your choices
Financial privacy. Federal law gives you the right to limit some sharing of your personal financial information. Interrate shares it only as described in Section 4: to process transactions you request, with service providers, and as the law requires or permits. Because we do not share it with unaffiliated companies for their own marketing, federal law does not require an opt-out. If that changes, we will notify you and give you a chance to opt out first.
Texts and calls. We send automated text messages only with your express consent. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of using the Service.
Email. Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in each one. You'll still get account and renewal alerts you turned on.
Carrier connections. Disconnect a carrier account at any time in Settings. We stop retrieving new documents right away.
Cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest and limited access. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
7. How long we keep information
We keep your information while your account is open. After you close it, we delete or de-identify it within 90 days, except where we must keep records longer for legal, tax, or dispute reasons. Backups are cleared within 35 days after that.
8. Children
The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Information about a teen driver on your policy is collected from you, the policyholder, not from the teen.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Get a copy in a portable format
- Opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling with significant effects (we don't do these, but you can still record your choice)
Email paulfundingsolutions@gmail.com or use Settings. We verify requests through your logged-in account or email. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by 45 days when needed. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision; we answer appeals within 60 days. Kentucky residents may contact the Kentucky Attorney General if an appeal is denied. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
10. Changes
We will post updates here and change the effective date. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.

Terms of Service
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Interrate, LLC ("Interrate," "we," "us") for use of our website, app, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Section 9 requires arbitration of most disputes on an individual basis and waives jury trials and class actions.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The Service is currently available only to residents of Kentucky.
2. What Interrate does, and doesn't do
Interrate stores your insurance policy information, tracks your renewal dates, and compares your current coverage against options available through our quoting partner.
- We are not an insurer. We don't issue policies, set prices, handle claims, or decide eligibility.
- We are not your insurance agent. Interrate is not a licensed insurance producer and does not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance. Quotes and policies are offered through a marketplace operated by Bindable, a licensed agency, which appears in our app under the Interrate name. When you use the marketplace, you are dealing with Bindable, and Bindable's terms and privacy policy also apply.
- Comparisons are information, not advice. You decide what coverage fits you. Read any policy before you buy it.
- Nothing changes until you act. We never cancel, change, or buy a policy for you.
3. Our partner and how we're paid
The Service is free to you. Our quoting partner, Bindable, pays us a referral fee when you use its marketplace. The fee does not affect which insurers or prices you see. The marketplace shows quotes from insurers Bindable works with, which may not include every insurer available to you.
No guaranteed savings. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price and terms are set by the insurer after its own review and may differ. Staying with your current insurer may be your best option, and we'll tell you when our comparison shows that.
4. Your account and information
- Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information and confirm the details we extract from your documents. Our comparisons are only as good as the information behind them.
- If you add other drivers or household members, you confirm you have their permission.
Carrier account authorization. If you connect an insurance account, you authorize Interrate and our connection provider to act as your agent to access and retrieve your policy documents and information from that carrier, for the purposes in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this at any time in Settings. You confirm you have the right to grant this access.
Messages. By turning on alerts, you agree to receive renewal reminders and account messages by email, push notification, and, if you opt in, automated text messages at the number you provide. Reply STOP to end texts. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of using the Service.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use another person's information or account without permission; upload false or altered documents; scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service; or use it to break the law or violate anyone's rights.
6. Intellectual property and third-party services
We own the Service, including its software, design, and comparison tools. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it under these Terms. You keep ownership of the documents you upload and give us a license to use them to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
The Service links to and works with third parties, including insurers, Bindable, and connection providers. Their terms and privacy policies govern your dealings with them. We aren't responsible for their products, quotes, or conduct.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT COMPARISONS, EXTRACTED DATA, RENEWAL DATES, OR QUOTES ARE COMPLETE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALERTS WILL ARRIVE ON TIME. YOU REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING YOUR INSURANCE IN FORCE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, INTERRATE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, OR FOR ANY GAP IN COVERAGE, DENIED CLAIM, OR PREMIUM DIFFERENCE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity. You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit without the right to do so.
9. Disputes: arbitration and class waiver
Talk to us first. Email paulfundingsolutions@gmail.com with your name, the issue, and what you want. We'll both try to resolve it within 60 days before starting a case.
Arbitration. If we can't resolve it, you and Interrate agree to binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.
No class actions. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. You and Interrate waive a jury trial.
Opt out. You can reject this Section 9 by emailing paulfundingsolutions@gmail.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act. Any court action allowed under these Terms will be in Fayette County, Kentucky.
11. Termination and changes
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms. Sections 6 through 12 survive termination. We may update these Terms; for material changes, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app, and continued use means you accept them.
12. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in a merger or sale.
